Mr. McKenney: If you would send me the files via FTP (I can assist you if you have never done this), I can prepare them in a couple of different ways: I can "chop them up" into small chunks via .rar files; compress them with either DejaVu or Acrobat Pro; find an FTP site that people can get to easily. I have an FTP server I can use to get them from you, but I need to get permission to open it up for others. I would like to preserve the high resolution scans (I am assuming the 61MB version is fairly high resolution), as it is easier to read when blown up. Thank you for your assitance, and your time in producing this scanned version.
