For what it's worth mine grow in a unheated hoop house in 1 gallon black plastic nursery pots, they saw temperatures of 17 deg f last year and 19 deg f this year for several days in a row. Its blooming right today and has been open for about 4 days. I'm guessing the next month is its most vulnerable time to exposure to freezing temperatures?
