I have not had a lot of success w Alsto's yet. I have not given
up. I hear they are mostly unhappy with cold and wet, not cold.
Thats from a zone 7-8 perspective. Under unheated glass in
winter may be there favorite place? I also note the ones i gave
some shade seem to be doing better - maybe they stay
dormant longer and do not try to grow in the coldest wettest
time? Still learning on these, KellyO
