Thanks Bill, I gave it a go but it doesn't seem to work with gmail, I don't have any trouble my self : ) & i like to leave the heading & few lines of the previous message so others can keep track of what its about, i was just trying to help Robin, because she sounded like she is really struggling with it, thats all...
