Eranthis hyemalis 'Pauline' I had to mount a rescue operation a year ago in anticipation of my front garden being dug up to reconstruct a big storm sewer under it. Couldn't find 'Pauline', but had a funny idea I'd moved her elsewhere. She is blooming at the moment and is distinctive: not a pale yellow like 'Moonlight'; rather a pale biscuit color like Aurinia saxatilis 'Dudley Neville'. -- Rodger Whitlock Victoria, British Columbia, Canada Z. 7-8, cool Mediterranean climate
