Hello All,
Very dramatical flowering indeed. I believe that this species is now
officially Dracunculus muscivorous, which seems quite logical to me.
Originally from the mediterranean islands Mallorca (Baléares)à and
Sardinia and is very much aty ease in our gardens here. The plant can
easily be distinghuised from D vulgaris (apart from it flowers) by the
shape of its leaves (a single long lobe, D vulgaris: tri lobes with white
markings)
