planting seeds

Hi Alberto,
I hope all is well. I am new to growing these beauties from seed and have a
question. The seeds you said to plant in spring have not come up yet. Should I
keep watering these until fall and then give them a dry dormant period even if
they have not germinated?
thanks as always
