Potassium sulfate should not affect pH. It is itself neutral in reaction
-- neither basic nor acidic.

African Violet fertilizers have high potassium formulae. Are they

available

in your area?

Those of us that regularly read the SRGS website will know that
straight potassium sulphate (Sulphate of Potash) is used by many
growers in the UK, and elsewhere.
