Hypoxis ? I'll dig out my old notes if I can find them. I grow HF Red Eye,,
HF Biscuit and HF Pink - and unlike Rhodohypoxis they do have the sexual
bits visible in the corolla tube.

Many thanks for the lead. It helped a lot on doing a web search.

Yes I have just found out that hybrids do exist, and that the original
hybrid is a natural cross between Rhodohypoxis baurii and Hypoxis parvula.

The hybrid is called x Rhodoxis hybrida, and on typing Rhodoxis in Google
image search I have found a picture of the same plant on Paul Christian's
website.
