Off-topic Not Iris miscellany

Dear All,

Our group discusses geophytes. Are there Irises that aren't geophytes? We
also discuss companion plants to go with our geophytes. I don't see this as
off-topic. I have very much appreciated learning more about Iris and am
glad that everyone has posted what they have and hope you won't take the
conversation elsewhere. As long as everyone is careful about labeling their
subject matter, those people who are not interested in Irises can just
delete the post.
