New EURO seed/bulb exchange

Hello, Everyone,

Just a point of clarification - PBS will now have two seed and bulb
exchanges. This action was taken by the PBS Board because of severe
limitations within the European Union regarding the ability for EU members
to participate in the PBS exchange. Please don't hesitate to contact me if
you have any questions or concerns.

The regular PBS exchange with Luminita Vollmer in charge will continue as
usual.
