More than likely your friend got scammed. She/he may have any thing and if you do not recognize a lily bulb (Google is your friend), good luck.

Please advise her to delete any links to this site as she/he may have opened herself to phishing, scams and unwanted scam mail.

She/he may need to contact her/his state Attorney General and report a fraud. good luck Jim
