A friend gave me some bulbs earlier this year. He said he got them thru telosrarebulbs.com.
a great mail order nursery in northern Calif. Mine are blooming now - they are lovely.

There seems to be no source for plants or seeds, yet it sounds highly desirable. Does any one have experience growing this or know a source for a plant or seed ? Much appreciated.
