The period for ordering from BX 463 is now ended. About 80 orders were received. We hope that it will be possible to send at least something to everyone, but there were many requests for certain items that had been donated in very small quantities. Thanks to all who sent kind remarks. The PBS Board are discussing where we go from here with the BX. To alleviate the burden on the manager (still to be named), and to avoid long delays in posting donations and shipping orders, we will probably designate certain times during the year for donations and the subsequent distributions, based in part on the responses to the survey posted here a couple of weeks ago. This should clarify the process for everyone involved. I will post the full results of the survey later.
