Hi y’all
I’m the guy who created 7 CFR 319.6 and the “former” Senior Regulatory Import Specislist for Plants for Planting. I have some experience with import processes. I’ve been retired for 2 years so some of my knowledge may be out of date but the manuals and regulations are still available on line.
Let me know if I can point you in the right direction to navigate the somewhat elusive complexities of import regulations.
