payment for BX receipt

I'd use the PBS list archive to discover which BX I was paying for.

However you pay I believe that including the BX number with your payment
is very helpful to the PBS treasurer.

It used to be nice to see the archives of BX. If anyone would like to
volunteer to archive more recent ones we'd add them to the website.
