Crocus "cartwrightianus albus" bought this fall

That's why I grow my own C. cartwrightianus albus
to be sure they are the right ones
terrible if you have a white garden
and all different colours show up

A couple of years ago I bought C. speciosus albus and a fairly large proportion were blue.

Right now I have a C. sativus in flower that I don't remember planting. I remember only ever getting C. cartwrightianus albus.

Objet : [pbs] Crocus "cartwrightianus albus" bought this fall

The ones I bought have turned out to be Crocus speciosus, a mixture of white
and blue flowered forms.

Beware!
