Most of the time I'm also using IrfanView. Besides resizing it is also very useful for capturing screenshots. Because I'm using a lot of different windows pc's, I don't install IrfanView on every pc separately but rather as a portable app on a USB. A portable version of IrfanView can be downloaded from http://portableapps.com/ If you install multiple portable apps the portable apps manager is recommended. Now that I have bought an Ipad I have to figure out if it can be used there also.
