OT Easy Photo software and where to post

I use Tiny pic for resizing
free and easy and better you see the result direct
also you see if you need to turn the picture before upload
with one click you turn it left or right
the turning bug is fixed

I tried so many other programs
I found this the best quality pictures after resizing to 600 x 800

Picasa , photobucket and Flikr are good to show pictures

As PBS has no place to post photos, I was wondering what free services
