Hey James Appreciate the insight and great idea. Once I could not read them. I shredded them into recycling. Now though as an evolved plastic plant tagger…I’ve gone back to basics # 2 pencil and tucked the tags down into the side of the pots…not perfect…but I had 200 tags I wanted to use up, and have gradually replaced tags as needed and I like the writing space on the tags I have. I will though going forward press the lead into the tag and create that slight imprint! Just to have a little more protection of the label. In hindsight maybe the tags curling from the beginning was not a good sign either :) So far so good with pencil and tucking the tag ( written side pot facing ) into the pot.
