Sent from my iPad > I had two seed orders from Britain go through South San Francisco last week. The only problem with one order was that Aconitum with only a cultivar name attached is unacceptable because one species of Aconitum is considered invasive in the U.S. I also was warned that if I continued to order unacceptable material, as explained in the five pages of the permit, my permit was in danger of being revoked. I suspect , without any real knowledge, that the inspection stations are being asked to toughen there inspections. I have been ordering seed from The AGS for many years and this is the first time I have ever been contacted by APHIS, or had any seed confiscated.
