Best Aphis station for small seed lot

I am running the MGF(Mediterranean Gardening France) and the MGS(Mediterranean Garden Society) seed exchange and I can assure you that, since January, I sent 2 orders to UK and one to Oakland, CA without any phytosanitary certificate from Montpellier, southern France, where I live, and the three members have received the seeds safely. How is it possible, I can’t tell. I don’t think the reverse is possible.

I guess you might count yourself lucky to have received seed at all from Britain this year. I?m still waiting both SRGC and AGS seed.
