This is an ongoing issue. There are two ways to include photos in email, referred to as "attachment" or "inline". Attachments will come through without any action from David. But inline photos require him to manually find the photos in the original email and post them separately. How you make sure you're using the right one will vary depending on what mail program you use. In Thunderbird, if I select "Attach" to include the photo, I get an attachment. If I copy and paste a photo, then it's inline. Probably similar in other mail programs, but unfortunately I'm no longer familiar enough with most of the others to advise. If you Google your mail program - Outlook, Thunderbird, or whatever - and something like "attachment vs inline" you'll probably find something. (Doing that for Outlook suggested changing your email format to HTML or plain text, for instance.)
