Sometimes I think the members of this list are more interested in
talking about food than bulbs. I suspect it drives some people who
subscribed to talk about bulbs, corms, rhizomes, tubers, geophytes
crazy or encourages them to unsubscribe from the list. I know in the
introduction to this list we say that we expect that from time to
time we know people will want to talk about other things they grow,
but please when you start something that is off topic label it as
such first in the subject line and please, if you respond to these
off topics subjects could you do it privately for the sake of all of
those people who signed up for the subject. I know we allow some
leeway on this list, but lately there are more off topic posts than
on topic posts.
