i'm sorry this is more of a gastronomical inquiry, but does anyone know what vegetable is "cloud bamboo?" my mom bought a package of vegetable pickled in oil in a grocery, and she says the packaging says in chinese characters "cloud bamboo." it is shredded in strings and as mentioned, pickled in oil.
