Dear All;
I have sort of wondered if David Fenwick would respond here.
A couple of months ago I asked about this topic and he kindly sent me
nearly 30 pics of nearly as many species. Without his permission, I
really can't share these, but if David agrees I'd send them privately
to Joakim and any others.
I found them very useful in this confusing genus.
