I know this is off topic, so I'll be brief, but I used to have a friend who dealt in better antiques, and she once told me that if something didn't sell the thing to do was put it away for a while and then bring it out at a *higher* price. Seems some people feel more confident that they're getting the genuine article when they pay more for it. Strange but true.
