Attached (or attempted) are photos of Ixia viridiflora (or something similar offered under that name), grown from NARGS seed sown fall 2019 from 2018 SX surplus seeds. I hadn't grown any bulbs from seed until I joined the PBS a few years ago in search of Pamianthe peruviana, but after they germinated I got excited about growing all sorts of bulbs from seed. There's two seedling bulbs in this pot pushing flower spikes; hopefully their bloom times overlap and I'm able to get some seed set. It's been opening one flower a day for about a week but after yesterday's cold & rain it really decided to go for it! -joe -------------- next part -------------- A non-text attachment was scrubbed...
