Just to add to the confusion A single bulb of this lachenalia was collected somewhere on the west part of RSA It is flowering now early april. Is is given a long rest until it starts to grow in januar It is inside a small green house with a minimum temp of 5 C(=above freezing). I like it for its nearly uniform light orange color. I think it is L flava but any suggestion is welcome.
