I am Joan Zwiep, Co-Chairperson of the Palo Alto Garden Club Programs Committee. we are looking for speakers for one of our monthly meetings during the 2022-23 calendar year. The Garden Club of Palo Alto celebrated its 100th year anniversary this past September. Each of our monthly meetings is attended by over 100 members and features a prominent individual in the world of horticulture. We are hoping that the speaker would join us on the first Tuesday of one of the months of October 2022 or January, February, March or April of 2023. We are interested in the topic of bay area bulbs that survive through the summer with little or no water. We meet in a Hall in Palo Alto that has full AV facilities. We would be able to set up an area to sell books or merchandise to our members. The club also will provide the speaker with an honorarium. If you know of anyone who lectures on this topic, I would be pleased to have their contact information. Thank you.
