Dear all, After a nice summer and fall blooming season, I have added a few more new photos and species to the wiki. Most of these photos were taken at the UC Botanical Garden in Berkeley. I have added a page for it on the wiki: http://pacificbulbsociety.org/pbswiki/index.php/… *New species additions:* *Acis leucophylla* http://pacificbulbsociety.org/pbswiki/index.php/… *Amorphophallus titanum* - the Titan Arum is rather popular these days and the UCBG displayed 4 specimens at one point. The public loved it. http://pacificbulbsociety.org/pbswiki/index.php/… *Dicentra canadensis* http://pacificbulbsociety.org/pbswiki/index.php/… *Dicentra scandens* http://pacificbulbsociety.org/pbswiki/index.php/… *Lewisia redivina* - This California native is rather variable in color. It has very succulent roots and goes completely dormant in the summer. http://pacificbulbsociety.org/pbswiki/index.php/… *Oxalis articulata* http://pacificbulbsociety.org/pbswiki/index.php/… *Paris polyphylla* - this is a very interesting species from China. It is rather large and likes shade. http://pacificbulbsociety.org/pbswiki/index.php/… * Ypsilandra thibetica* http://pacificbulbsociety.org/pbswiki/index.php/… *UCBG* - I have added a page for the UC Botanical Garden on the wiki. More photos will be added to it as I get a chance. *New photo additions:* *Albuca setosa* http://pacificbulbsociety.org/pbswiki/index.php/… *Allium flavum* - photos of specimens collected from France. http://pacificbulbsociety.org/pbswiki/index.php/… *Allium paniculatum* http://pacificbulbsociety.org/pbswiki/index.php/… *Amaryllis belladonna* - these can be seen on dry hillsides in the SF Bay Area and other parts of central California. I took a photo of a lovely patch of them during peak blooming season. http://pacificbulbsociety.org/pbswiki/index.php/… *Boophone disticha* - two new *in situ* photos taken by Cameron McMaster. The leaves are just to die for! http://pacificbulbsociety.org/pbswiki/index.php/… *Brunsvigia josephinae* - these were in their full glory and included photos of a pollinating hummingbird as well! http://pacificbulbsociety.org/pbswiki/index.php/… *Corallorhiza maculata* - I posted photos of an unspotted form. http://pacificbulbsociety.org/pbswiki/index.php/… *Haemanthus coccineus* - I added a photo from the UCBG where the specimens were coming out of the rocks. It was a beautiful setting for them. http://pacificbulbsociety.org/pbswiki/index.php/… *Haemanthus humilis spp. hirsutus* - once again these were coming out of the rocks. http://pacificbulbsociety.org/pbswiki/index.php/… *Lilium humboldtii* http://pacificbulbsociety.org/pbswiki/index.php/… *Lilium pardalinum ssp. pitkinense (Lilium pitkinense)* http://pacificbulbsociety.org/pbswiki/index.php/… *Oxalis tetraphylla* http://pacificbulbsociety.org/pbswiki/index.php/… *Pancratum maritimum* http://pacificbulbsociety.org/pbswiki/index.php/… *Stenomesson variegatum* http://pacificbulbsociety.org/pbswiki/index.php/… That's all for now. Hope everyone enjoy the additions. I added some formatting to the text for better visualization. Please let me know if it does not turn out well. Nhu - http://www.flickr.com/photos/xerantheum/
