Josef Halda seed catalog info

Just in case the subject of my previous post was not informative enough...
Does anybody have a 2007 seed catalog from Josef Halda? I have found
some seed which I think is from him, and they are numbered 1-6, 262-267,
and 274-275. If someone could identify these catalog numbers for me, I
would appreciate it.
It is also possible, if I have the source right, that the numbers could
be a reference from the 2004 catalog, if somebody has that one. I have
the '05 and '06, and the numbers don't match anything I would have
wanted to order.
