Comments to USDA-- proposed import revisions

Hello All,
Pursuant to a recent thread, below is the link to the comments posted in
2007 in response to the APHIS request for public input. The questions mostly
revolve around concerns about invasive species.
These comments reflect a keen awareness of a difficult issue by a diverse
range of people-- hobbyists, commercial firms, environmental groups-- and
there is little overlap in the viewpoints expressed. It is a bit long (1MB
file) but easy to scroll through. Well worth a look.
