Hi All, I got some Candy Lily seed a couple of years ago. They bloomed for me for the first time this year. Most were muddy colors but I had one that stood out and was quite nice. Though I didn't keep any of the seed from it. I just let them fall in the yard or back in their pots. They get full Texas sun in the summer and in a slightly protected place in the winter but they get rained on. In the past I have seen websites with quite an array of colors but most lately have just been "Mixed." I guess you could get some seed, put on your "Gregor Mendel Rocks" t-shirt, join a Monastery then email us your results in a few years. I would be eager to see what varieties you come up with.
