I left my cymbidiums out longer than usual this fall, into colder weather in late October. Within a week of bringing them inside, there were multiple flower spikes on all the larger plants. Keeping them out until just before frosts occur seems to help trigger flowering. The huskiest plants are yellow with red inner petals. All will be in flower through Christmas. I can send photos if you wish. The pink-flowered plants are less vigorous; however, I have a pink one I am willing to trade for a clear yellow variety, or white. Kathleen
