Plus even UK vs Scottish based orgs will soon differ once Brexit starts to bite. It might be that UK-based folks won't need phyto, but that's essentially importation into a bubble. Seed will still need costly certification if sent across a new UK/EU border. (Then again, depending on what Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland decide re: staying in the EU, there could be a robust clandestine movement of seeds and plants across new borders).
