I suppose there exists no way the PBS could apply for a big phytosanitary
certificate or import permit, as if we were one of the big commercial bulb
businesses, have all foreign bulbs and seeds sent to one address near a big
government inspection station, and then have the material shipped at a
price to the people ordering it? If Van Burgondien can do it, why can’t
