Retiring President Nhu Nguyen

Nhu served as President for a number of years at times he was very busy
otherwise so I'd like to join Robin in thanking him. Before that he made
some wonderful contributions to the wiki. There are at least 2571 images
from him on the wiki and 433 pages with images or text he added and
probably a lot more that he worked on adding images from others.  He had
good ideas for how to improve both the Pacific Bulb Society website and
the wiki and working with him was a pleasure. He has given many many
hours of his time to this group and I am sure we are all very grateful.

And thanks to Robin for adding the Presidency. Hopefully she is going to
continue to edit the Bulb Garden. And I would also like to mention a few
others who have made significant contributions for a very long time now.
Arnold Trachtenberg has been on the Board from the beginning and not
only handles all of the money which requires him to communicate with the
BX director and the Membership director and sometimes others, but also
he gets the Bulb Garden printed and mailed. I believe he puts the stamps
on every issue. Jennifer Hildebrand has been doing the layout for the
Bulb Garden from early on. Former president Jane McGary has kept track
of members for a number of years now and often is the one who handles
messages from people who are not on the list. Diane Whitehead has been
helping with the list for many years as well. And I don't know how the
group would manage without David Pilling who has amazing skills that he
has often had to use to keep the list, website, and the wiki working.
There are others who help serving on the board, helping with the list or
the wiki who have made significant contributions, but the people I have
mentioned have given of their time for a lot of years now and have
helped to keep this group going. I add my thanks to Robins to all the
volunteers who have contributed over the years.
