Query small bulbs

I have 2 un-named plants in the garden, so have joined Flickr to add
them to my query, but in 2 messages. Hope this works....

This plant I was given by a friend who didn't know the name. I think it
possibly might be one of the garlic family. The flowers have a lovely
spicy scent, the plant is 14.5inches high, including the flowers. It is
early spring here. Gets most of it's leaves later.
