Dear Jean,

Thanks for trying, but no, but you replied and had part of the message in
your response. Would someone test Bill's suggestion in a brand new message
and Steve's in a brand new message. If you reply and include any of the
message, it won't work.

You can't have any part of it be formatted or the whole thing becomes html.
I really appreciate everyone helping on this. If we can't figure it out we
will give AOL users a pass.
