Hi Kevin,

They were right last year, I will have to check my staking to the map of the
bed.

Avalance, which is supposed to be a good cultivar (or hybrid) also has two
foot long leaves, but this occurs every year.

All my narcissus are out back where they get afternoon sun as it faces
northwest. Perhaps I ought to plant some out front facing southeast?
