Roscoeas are often available from Siskiyou Rare Plant Nursery and Collectors Nursery, both of which have websites as well as mail-order catalogs. I think Asiatica (where Barry Yinger and Andy Wong recently suffered a disastrous fire, but were not injured, thank goodness) has also offered some in the past--probably rare ones.
