Group orders: How about Hoog & Dix?

Hi Jim, John, & everyone,

A group order from Hoog & Dix would be a wonderful idea, especially given the
various rules about having an account, minimum orders, etc.

And how very nice of John to offer to coordinate! John, please keep us all
updated. This seems like a wonderful opportunity.
