Direct scanning of flowers,bulbs, leaves etc

Hi Boyce,
That scan was the first time I ever tried direct scanning, but I used it
many times before I got a digital camera. Roses look beautiful done this
way.
Firstly, make sure the scanner glass is very clean as every speck of dust
will show in the finished scan.
Remove scanner lid. (Leave it off.)
Lay the flowers face down on the glass.
Scan.
Either resize then or after you have saved the file.
Save as jpg.
