Hi all,

Thanks to Tony and Jim for such a wonderful introduction to and discussion of
the species. I was also glad to see Lyn's post - as she mentioned species
which do well in zone 8, it provided me with some hope! I have had rather bad
luck with Crocus, especially the autumn growers, though I haven't experimented
much - I've just ordered some of the basic varieties available through the
generic mail order catalogs.

Can anyone recommend a few other varieties for a 9b garden?
