The firm will be called Hoog & Dix for at least a couple of years. But
Antoine Hoog is no longer part of it.
When the "let's order from Hoog & Dix" threads began, I emailed Antoine,
asking him for a statement about how he wants people to order from him.
Let's wait a 24-hour cycle.
