Flowering now, Anemone blanda

I've been experimenting with Anemone blanda. I used to have one coming
up every year and thriving which was mostly under the concrete path.
Then I tried to dig it up and that was the end of it.

Bought a new lot, and have been growing them in a pot and they did
well. So as I am trying to reduce the number of pots, planted them
under bricks and by concrete. This is the first year and they are
coming up and flowering. As they are not supposed to do well in Zone
10, I hope these will continue to do well in their new place. This is
the first flower this season.

to develop!
