unfort. when i was there, i was only in victoria and
did not get to travel much around the island.

in addition to the butchart garden and the crystal
palace within victoria, there's also a butterfly
conservatory whose name i forgot. it's small as is
the crystal palace, but it can be interesting if you
have the time to visit.

victoria itself is very pretty and i enjoyed staying
there for 3 nights. the people were very friendly too
and the food was good.

of course, if you are in vancouver itself, you should
visit the van dusen (spelling?) gardens.
