What I didn't know until recently is that if you go to the book's page
(given in the links above), there's a place where you can enter your
email address and Timber Press will notify you by email when the book
is available. But even better, "signing up entitles you to a 30%
discount plus free shipping when the book becomes available, as well as
allowing you to order the book up to a month before it arrives in
stores."
