When the Western Winter Study Weekend is held in the U.S. it is
sponsored by various NARGS chapters, but in Canada by two independent
rock garden clubs, the Alpine Garden Club of British Columbia in
Vancouver, and the Vancouver Island Rock and Alpine Garden Society in
Victoria. We don't require membership in any particular society, but
always have registrants from many different societies - local garden
clubs, Rhododendron, Primula, Hardy Plant etc societies. It is
always a great mix of people.
